Centered in the heart of wine country, our Napa California ranch produces sides of beef for local families. Our pastures are surrounded by vineyards that produce some of the most premium Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the world.

Free range.

If you are concerned about where your beef is coming from and how it’s raised, you should know about our ranch. We are dedicated to raising animals in an environmentally sustainable fashion, free ranging on our native grass pastures. The animals have unlimited access to quality grass year around and are finished on a custom mix of locally sourced grains and alfalfa.

We also raise a small herd of grass-fed, alfalfa only finished, American Waygu. Reach out to us if this is something you’d like to know more about.

Land Stewards.

This low-density grazing method supports the local ecosystem to help balance the acres of surrounding vineyards.  Our fields provide habitat for fieldmice, squirrels, frogs, snakes, cranes, owls, hawks, fox, and coyotes.   The diversity of wildlife supported by our grazing practices is unmatched anywhere on the Valley floor – and our beef’s flavor is unmatched as well.
